Russ Moore’s career in the US Navy began in a management support position and through hard work, dedication, and education, saw him to his final position as a leading Shutdown reactor operator. 
In his post-naval career, Russ held integral positions at RoVisys Corporation, a leader in the development of complex automation processes, and Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest company in the field of automation and digitation transformation technologies.  Russ was responsible for quality of highly engineered industrial automation systems to include hardware, firmware, software, and multiple communications platforms holding them to flawless interoperability with very complex design specifications and standards in a highly matrixed business environment.  
Today, Russ is committed to providing education, support, and guidance.
